Well once again she got her way I am out of the house no where to go and she is out to get me fired and loose one of my BEST friends. She is fuckin sycotic she always has to have drama in her life there is no wonder she has heart problems. I dont know why but I always seem to attract the drama queens. She is trying to steal everything that I own she stole a laptop wrote bad checks out of my account hell she even told my Dad I am selling stolen merchandise and using drugs. Well I have news for her I am turning her in for theft of my stolen laptop ( I do have a reciept ) lol and calling the bank and turning her in for forgery and writing bad checks. I spose while she is in JAIL it will be a good time to go get my stuff out of the house considering I paid the mortgage this month and have a cancelled check to prove it she cant say I am breaking and entering. Now I know why dudes are dating dudes :barf well enough rant. I just wasted four fuckin years of my life with a sycotic bitch that needs to grow the fuck up.

In the State of Texas, it is illegal to throw someone out of the house unless there is some sort of order on file to keep you from being there. It should be similar in your state.

As for the property, as long as you have receipts, she has to return it. Doubtful that she'll go to jail over it.

Don't look for the bank to supply you with the money she took out of the account, either. Just have her removed, or open a separate account with what is remaining.

If nothing else, just have the police escort you there while you get your things out. Either that, or have them escort HER out.

It helps to have legal paperwork to back you up on everything.

Possesion IS 9/10 of the law... meaning if you have a house and leave it, the remaining party has legal possesion of it. At least that is the way it is here in PA, it's called abandonment. The spouse that leaves, relinquishes the rights to that property until an agreement is made in court. You cannot have her removed at this point.

Sim thats not always true i got a divrocee and my X sold belongings that i had receipts for and the Judge just said i should have got them out of the house before i left ......... he didnt have to replace are reinburse me and i bought them before we even got married

Just be careful Red. make sure you never speak to her alone, always have a witness to everything you do. Also you need to stay rational and calm.

i dont think its more of an issue that you attract drama queens but you are attracted to them, you had the choice of not getting back with her

and i would be smart about what you do ...if it does happen to get into the courts doing petty stuff might actually hurt your case
