Cutting down on the processed sugars, even if it's just by half, would be better than not cutting down at all, wouldn't it???

It's a Healthier Indulgence web site not a additive free web site.

What about all those with diabetes who might want alternatives to even natural sugars ? IJS.

They also make it very clear which is which. So they are right up front..

I think it is better to take sugar than sweater. If you want to eliminate sugar from your diet without compromising your taste, you can add dates.

I am not into sweetener of all sorts. In fact, I prefer without sugar though it's impossible for we also have blood sugar, which must be always neutralized.

Natural sweeteners, like honey, maple syrup, and agave nectar, contain some nutrients but are still high in calories and can affect blood sugar. Stevia and monk fruit are low-calorie, plant-based options that don’t spike blood sugar, making them popular among people looking to reduce calorie intake or manage diabetes.

Artificial sweeteners, such as aspartame, sucralose, and saccharin, provide sweetness without calories. While they don't impact blood sugar, there are ongoing debates about their long-term health effects.
