I know its in the middle of the summer, but its never too late to start a healthy diet and to get into shape! ;)

We should all do this together! Monday morning (July 23rd 2007), we need to all begin our diet and exercise routine. So over the weekend, get all of your binge eating out of the way and remove all the junk food from your cabnets. Fill your fridge with water, yogurt and fresh fruits and vegetables.

There are many sites out there that recommend great diets and exercise routines. Look around and find out what is right for you.

Dont forget to take supplements :)

i started like 2 weeks ago.. by accident..ive just been working so much and running around at summer camp, swimming and whatnot... so i'm with ya.. i'll have to umm.. figure out my weights and all that though :)

I started back about a week ago.. But Im gonna go hard core with the diet and crap friday. Its easy to diet when I work.

I wanna eat healthier and exercise, but I wanna do it to gain weight. Just wish I had the money for better/more weights and supplements... and that I'm not out on the road all day for work forcing me to eat out more.

I just bought a bag of peanut m&ms. :( I NEVER buy snacks in the house...unless its healthy snacks. But today, I saw this bag of Shrek m&ms and I knew my son would like it... so I had to buy it. :( I'm so bad.

Well for the past 2 days I have ate nothing but cabbage and raisins and drank nothing but water and ginger ale. I hope I can stick with this

Today was the only day so far Ive eaten a treat .. A milkshake :)... we were making them at camp- I couldnt say NO!


I'm telling ya though.. this summer camp- it's like on the whole base and peak of a giant mountain.. so with all the different activities they do all day, we're up and down the mountain 10 times! My legs are gonna be solid muscle before this is over!!

i'm with james...i wanna try to keep my weight up rather than lose it...even after the baby. It's just as hard to keep the weight on as it is to lose it. I just broke the scale with a number that i'm proud of and wanna keep it going a couple extra pounds :)

Just thought I'd tell yall....I got my fridge stocked with yogurt, apple slices, applesauce, pineapple, raisins, lots of juice, and bottled water.

Im going food shopping on my way home from work, but last week mine was stocked to the top with fruits and yogurts and stuff!

How is everyone doing on this?? I am working out at the gym in the mornings when I get off.. then i run and take the kids to school.. :) Its a great feeling when you know your doing something healthy for yourself. :)

I hope yall havent given up!

Congrats to all of you. It takes a lot of willpower to do such a thing. If you reach your goal and you are happy more power to you all. Size doesn't matter though as long as you are happy with who you are.

yeah i feel better then i have in a long time and i'm still dieting but things have gotten alot better hopefully when i'm done i wont need all the meds i'm taking now .:)
