Skyblue's thread about Bryan Adams - Summer of 69 just gave me this idea. Post up your favorite summer, summery or songs that just remind you of the summer for some reason. A lot of reggae reminds me of the summer for some reason. Any way here's a few.

It's not a song but an album, and one of the only albums that reminds me of a season. Weezer - The Green Album. It's not a critical favourite and a lot of people say it's pretty bland, and it is, but I love it anyways. I think it's a great rock album, and yeah, that's partially because of my summer memories of it.
I got it for my birthday, which is in the summer, along with Timesplitters and I remember playing multiplayer with my friend Tyler while listening to this CD. We did that a few times throughout the summer but even when we weren't I was listening to this CD. I think I listened to it for a month straight.


Well actually, fuck it, I'll post the song that ultimately got me to ask for the CD for my birthday... it's a boring video (it's not actually an official one) but the song remains my favourite Weezer song and one that has a lot of memories:
