Do you think starting as a striker or grappler gives a bigger advantage in MMA? Some say wrestling dominates, others argue striking sets the tone. What’s your experience training both, and which do you find harder to adapt into?
If you want to succeed in MMA today, I think that 90% of your gameplan should be on wrestling and grappling with only 10% in striking. Look at all the current UFC champs now, they are all excellent grapplers.
