I build muscle at home using bodyweight exercises like push-ups, squats, and planks, plus resistance bands or dumbbells if available. Consistency, proper form, and progressive overload help me see gains without a gym. It’s effective and convenient.
I don't do strength training at home, in fact I don't even do strength. Since I am not doing it, I am not in a position to give any advice but I believe if you do it on a consistent basis and also invest in equipment, it is possible to build muscles at home.
