A star, a star,
A solitary singing star,
In a tumultuous sea of grey,
Wherever this beautiful light did come from?
I find it implausible to look away.
If only the sun would bend to my will and never rise again,
How wonderful eternal night would be with my star,
Does one truly need others, when one has all that he needs in his arms tonight?
In perpetual ebon, constant silence, save the thump of my heart, never to wane.
They will search the beautiful sky-gardens, and celestial fields on the horizon,
To find one flower absent from them being complete,
For this blooming star was taken by my lonely heart,
It was taken at a moment’s glance, to live without you would have been an impossible feat.
