Star Wars: The Clone Wars

I took my son to see this yesterday, and we both really liked it. There were tons of action and plenty of humor. Plus you didn't have that awkward feeling like you had while watching the 3 prequels and thinking about how bad the acting and the directing were. Plus it looks amazing, the animation is top notch.

I'm gonna have to disagree guys. As a Star Wars fan I found it to be painful to watch as Lucas shits on his own creation. What were they thinking when they come up with that Ziro character. Lol they must have been tripping or something.

A Gay purple transvestite hutt with a lisp ... I mean wtf?

Yeah seems like they always have one thing making you scratch your head and say wtf? Ziro was terrible. He had a feather thingy on his head and spoke English. Other than him...I liked the movie.

Ok, i may be the resident star wars geek here, and after the prequels (specifically: Phantom Menace and jar jar Biks) i honestly lost interest in paying any movie theater to see anything related to Star Wars.

Ill download it or watch it elsewhere...

The animation does lok pretty nice tough

Star Wars, IMO, has been done to death now. Original Trilogy was good. The Prequel trilogy disappointed me. And I find clone wars (Not the movie) to be a complete waste of time. I haven't scene this version of clone wars, but I do have a feeling it'll suck.

...I had wondered about this movie as well...i'll wait for it to some out on vid...no way am I paying to go see an animated file... If I'm lucky my mum will take my son and then I won't have to stuffer through another Star Wars movie as its been milked to the bone and I'm sick of it.

They should just take the Zahn books, and turn those into the sequel trilogy. Re-cast all the old characters and run with it. The Zahn trilogy is the best thing to happen to the SW universe since ROTJ.

I wouldn't mind seeing that. I long time ago I had read that Stephen Spielberg wanted to direct any sequels but Lucas told him no.
