Treated wood is so much heavier than non-treated wood, I am not sure if it could be done practically.

Of course you could build one as big or even a hundred times bigger. Getting it off the ground would be another matter.

Doesn't seem very likely. Wood is just impractically dense. We can manufacture metal into lighter components, but wood, just wood.
