oh man i sooo knew it! yeah im sore as hell today. But I'm going to the gym regardless this afternoon for some interval training and weights. Yep. Gonna start switching it up every other day now, I think that's why my loss plateau'd out. MUST lose 40lbs by june dammit! grrrrrrr

yay for us! ughh im even more sore today..i think im just gonna stick with cardio and legs...no more arms till tomorrow or the next day. ow

Don't you love it when you start working out again and your sore the next couple days. Day two is always the worst for me. As a rule, you shouldn't excersize muscles that are sore, they need time to repair them selfs.

day 3 is always worst for me. usually I'm not sore on day 1, so I'm kind of dreading tomorrow and the next day! I think today I might go to a yoga class or something (gotta see whats going on at the gym schedule-wise first) to stretch everything out, and then do my cardio.

the hardest part for me is GETTING to the gym. once im there ill work out for 2 hours sometimes. Like today. man im gonna be SORE as shit tomorrow. ohhh man. lol.

Have fun! :D I already had my workout, leaning over and around a ladder to yank cat 5s through a damn pinhole through 2x4 studs in the ceiling.

owwww again. day 3 and still owwwing. but I have been going to teh gym every day, so im sure that will prolong the soreness haha. I'm starting to enjoy it. It gives me a reason to complain and ask for back rubs and massages :)

Make sure you're working out different muscle groups each day.

Give your body time to heal. Don't overwork yourself.

you'll end up hurting yourself.. and then have to sit on the couch and eat bon bons...

...well bon bons arent my thing, but maybe they're yours!

i actually never had a bon bon..lol. Umm well monday i did arms and back, and did lots of lunges and squats, and 30 mins of cardio. Yesterday I did legs and stomach, and i think my back got worked out too somehow haha...squats and lunges again, and 45 mins of cardio. Today I took it pretty easy and just did 45 mins of cardio, i took a break on the weights.

my left calf is fucked right now.... icy hot is my best friend right now...

and even though its not cool-- the fight about the flexall WAAAAAAAAAAY to funny!! i had an argument with one of the teachers about the same thing! apparently its not the best smell

mines been that way since monday
i went to the gym and apparently was listening to "angry music" (thats what kristen said!) and that gets me going full speed ahead, and i stepped kinda funny on the treadmill)

HAHAH yeah but it feels dammmnnnn good....

Hey has anyone tried the icy hot patch things? or the sleeves? or whatever they are? Do those stink? and do they work just as good??
