It's a "city" of 30,000 people. maine city's are smaller than most Portland being our biggest at a pop. of nearly 70,000. theres obviously more to the city than what I posted (In actuality I live just outside the city of Waterville as stated in my locale), that was just lower Main Street. I've in the 30 minute area all my life. I've lived her since 92.
