Some people who want to do certain things in their lives never look into finding out if those things are realistic goals for them or not because they're too afraid of what they'll find out. But unlike them, others would rather find out sooner rather than later, including myself.

For example, let's say I wanted to become a nutritionalist. And let's say, for sake of arguement, that it wasn't realistic for me to ever become a nutritionalist ever in my life for whatever reasons.

I'd rather find all this out now instead of finding this out way down the road.

Sure it's disappointing to discover that something you'd like to do is unrealistic for you. But I would want to find out now so I could move on to other ideas on making a living. Besides, I wouldn't want to be asking myself, "Gee, I wonder if I'd like to become an nutritionalist?" over and over for the next several months or years.

There is something I would love to do, something I'm not entirely sure I've ever even put on here. A few people IRL know what it is, and I want more than anything to do this, but I will likely never even try. I'll probably regret it, and the only reason I won't try is fear of failure. But I'll always wonder "what if..."

Unless you take too high of a risk, to try and fail isn't failure because you tried it.

But try telling that to some people who do nothing with their lives because they avoid making the tough decisions and play it way too safe.
