if you look you'll see that a dragonfly has a very thin neck,this gives excellent all round vision for the compound eye....the compound eye,a complicated one indeed.....it looks way to big in comparison to the rest of this predator,the reason is that its a hunter which needs good eyesight.......each eye can contain up to 30'000 lenses......compare this to the human eye which contains one single lens


the wings and power.....obviously everyone thinks that a dragonfly has very delicate wings,by our standards they do...but considering that they're elevating a very light creature they're pretty strong,as is the muscle that powers the wings at 4g in straight flight and up to 9g in a turn
