anyways, as to my nickname:

a cool fella in my autotech2 class in highschool said he gave me the nickname lemon back in middleschool from some shirt i wore back then - i dont remember, but it stuck.

so i decided to get online with it, since my previous nickname online was "daonlydmnslayer" and thinking about it now... seems less than childish. so getting to the new nickname, i tried lemon - it had already been used on aim and yahoo - the two chat clients i regularly use... so i decided for "sourlemon2k5" for sometimes i am sometimes in a really really sour mood, hardly sweet ( but sometimes i am ), and 2k5 for the shorthand notation for the year i graduated highschool. after a while, i got here, and seeing it not used, requested the nickname for the boards, and here i am today.

and slomofo - sometimes going slow is the best way. that way you get to avoid all the cops and street racers, so when you hit a really open patch, drop the metal to the floor :gears

I read a lot of childrens literature--I'm pretty much obsessed with it--but not the crappy "Jane walked there" stuff, the good stuff. The ORIGINAL versions of fairy tales (like the one where the little mermaid dies at the end), and of course, Alice in Wonderland. One of Alice's most famous lines is "Curiouser and curiouser", and "curiouserandcuriouser" is too damn long, so it just got shortened to "andcuriouser".

Most of my other nicks are song lyrics. Like, my e-mail (prettylittlefemur) is a lyric from an Animal Collective song ("Pretty little femur sitting in my cherry dream boat."), and my aim (doublehelixwish) is from a Why? song ("Pull apart the double helix like a wishbone).

My real name contains the same letters in the word "LEGO". All you do is bring the O up in front of LEG and you get Oleg, my real name. I don't remember exactly when I came up with my screen name, but I've always had all of my aliases with "Lego" in them (i.e. Legoman, Legomasta or Lego, plain and simple). Plus, I used to love Legos and made some amazing stuff out of them.
