This guy is a high school history teacher by the name of Ron Gochez who teaches at Santee High School in Los Angeles. This is far worse than anything I've ever seen at a TEA Party... TEA Parties are calling for the government to change. This guy is openly calling for a revolution and bordering on sedition. Or am I way off base in hearing that from him?

For the record, I don't have an issue that the guy is a teacher; except for the fact that he's a history teacher but he's calling California stolen and occupied Mexico. He obviously needs to go a re-read history if that's what he really thinks. So, here it is...

But borders change, and If I remember right, the American Government at the end of the mexican war paid an amount of money to the Mexican government.

So it's not really stolen, as such.

As long as the guy is teaching verifiably true history at work he can say what he wants away from work. You can be sure that it would have surfaced by now if he was teaching that CA was stolen.
