Obama has always said if he had his way he'd let the Bush Administration tax cuts expire.

Lower taxes are always better, but instead of discussing what we expect to get for our tax dollars, why don't we do away with the federal, state, and local governments and their onerous tax collection. We'd be much better off as a country. :smiley24:

It is more than letting the Bush tax cuts expire though.

Much more

One of the major news orgs pulled down an article pointing out all they back door tax increases.

It still is an increase no matter how they want to spin it. And we still have a budget that is absurd

There is NO fiscal responsibility what so ever coming from the democrats and the republicans would only be marginally better.

Yes Ron Paul looks better all the time

I expect the Federal government to end unconstitutional entitlement programs, work within a balanced budget, pay off this ridiculous debt we've accrued, end the unconstitutional federal reserve, and let states run themselves as is outlined in the constitution that our elected officials are sworn to uphold. I also expect them to keep our noses out of other countries' respective business, pull troops back from all over the world, and re-adopt the non-interventionist policies that served us well in the past.

Raising taxes will definitely puts middle class people down due to so many causes, how middle class person will afford to get all such pleasures that they desires due to increase in population and raising taxes on each and every small things.

Thanks
