Due to my current marriage situation I have lost about 28 lbs in about three weeks. It is a good thing but I also know it is just not healthy, I am not only loosing weight but I am also loosing muscle mass, which is pretty much the most detrtimental thing about loosing weight.
2 weeks ago I put a weight bench together and with about 100lbs of weight I have been working out, trying to get some mass before i basically thin out too much lol
Anyone know of a good supplement to take? I really just can't eat, Ive gone from 248 to 220 and I am still not in the shape I want to be, I would like to at least use this to get the best positive results available out of it, meaning loose the most weight possible, and get a bit more toned and fit.
