I've decided to make a serious attempt to try to get in shape, so I got that P90X 12 DVD home workout and diet program, I'm watching some of it right now, this looks fucking brutal but I'm still going to try it out lol

dont give up, I did a few days with a freind but we couldnt keep the same schedule, so we stopped. one day I'll start again. you will feel the burn the next day but still have to do it even if your tired.

yeah, sucks that I won't be able to do the exorcises in it that require a pullup bar, but I can still do the stretching, ab, cardio, kenpo, core, plyometrics, and arms/shoulders workouts.

lol I'll do so horrible at first but I'll get to where I can get through the exorcises, I'm more interested in the cardio workouts than the muscle building ones.

There is no question that if you have the time and the dedication you WILL get results from this.

It will work. Its just hard keeping up with the vid. They go fast, but just do it at your own pace and just kill yourself. Maybe i'll start next month. I really need some muscle and loosing some weight cant hurt too.:)

I have no interest in putting on muscle, I want to lose weight and improve my cardio.

Jersey and I were just talking about starting P90X the other day. We already work out a lot, but wanted to kick it up a notch. Luckily my Sergeant has it already and is going to just burn it to DVD for me.

Lucky you...that will save you money :D

I started P90X last year too when winter was approaching......just had to stop a while as I think I pushed myself too hard. My back ached real bad :(

I still do recommend it tho' however, I like Zumba better as it takes one out of the routinary aerobics regime as other exercises do. Plus it gives one the whole body workout and sculpting without getting bored as time goes by......;)
