Slow sometimes????

Their's 30-40 sites on the server OTz is using, MM including. The load is no problem, sometimes I'm sending a bunch of emails or updating statistics or backing up data or doing other maintenance, some of it manually other times via cron, which will slow the server down for certain periods. Most of the stuff I try to do late at night but some things (like emails) are done throughout the day.

The server is located at a datacenter in McLean, VA. and is managed by ServInt.
