How much sleep does everyone get? I am lucky to get a few hours a night. I just cannot fall asleep at night. I can nap during the day but that never seems to happen much.

I do get a good amount of sleep like 5 hours but the problem with me is i dont get this in one go and end up feeling tired after.

I rarely sleep more than a couple of hours without waking and have trouble going back to sleep. 4 or 5 hours a night is about it for me.

Lately I have been sleeping less than 8 hours. Sometimes I've been forcing myself to sleep at around 10 pm, but I inadvertently wake up at around 4:00 in the morning the next day, and go back to bed again.

I usually get a good 8 hours of sleep because I am glad I get to sleep in everyday. I don't have to get up early in the morning because I don't go to work until 10 every morning. The good thing about my job is I get stay up late.

I am lucky if I get six hours of sleep. I am a night person, anyway. I work from home, so I am lucky. I can do my work at night or during the day. Sometimes, I do sleep at night. But, lately. I have been staying up all night and sleeping a few hours during the day.

I usually sleep really well, probably too much. My sleep pattern is often messed up though and I will go through periods of sleeping during the day instead of night, it can leave me feeling confused, it's not good.

I am a morning person and I sleep 2 am already in the morning and I don't know how can I break this cycle. Then I wake up at 6 am and so I only had 4 hours of sleep everyday. I really want to have a complete 8 hours of sleep that is why right now I do lie to bed at 10 pm the same time everyday even if I am not yet sleepy so that my body and mind will be use to it. And its improving and now I sometimes fall asleep earlier than my usual sleeping time. :)

I'm not really a morning person so I tend to get a lot of things done at night. I usually go to sleep around 3am and then wake up at 8 or 9.

I try and go to bed about the same time every night and I tend to get about 8-9 hours of sleep. I function best with about that amount of sleep. Sometimes I have trouble, the keys seem to be exercise and limiting coffee.

Can easily sleep for 8-9 hours, my house is in this big field so its never noisy. Also my room has got black-out curtains that only let in around 3% natural light at night. It's perfect.

I don't sleep as much as I should, I usually have 6-7 hours of sleep everyday (not on the weekends), it's very hard to wake up but it's my fault, at night I stay on the computer far too long hahaha

I try to get at least six hours of sleep everyday. I have a hard time falling asleep most nights, so I tend to go to bed early hoping I will get enough sleep. I also have a hard time staying asleep so sometimes I don't get as much sleep as I should. I have been getting better at getting at least six hours of sleep so far.

I reckon I get about 8 hours a night, I also have an hour sleep during the day, in fact if I don't have my little nap during the day I tend to get incredibly cranky!

I try to get a decent amount of sleep, but it's fairly noisy where I am now.

I've been using earplugs for a bit which has worked to some extent.
