Sleep pattern

I desperately need to get back to a normal routined sleep pattern. I sometimes stay up till the next morning and then sleep the whole day next day. Also, I couldn't go to sleep at all sometimes. S.O.S.

curiously enough, it's the same ways you fix anything: exercise, un-stressing yourself, eating right, not drinking too much caffeine before you go to sleep.

i've heard keeping off your bed except for sleep and sex works.

Pretty much exactly what I would suggest. Get some regular exercise and try to get to bed at:

1) A decent hour each night.
2) About the same time each night.

I know New Zealand have the best, under achieving rugby team:tongue: , Moaries, good lamb, footrot flats, LOTR , where it was filmed and Heavenly creatures, the film which is one of my favoriites Wasn't Xena warrior princess filmed over there too?

First of all, it's Maori not Moari. Secondly, All Black isn't an underachieving rugby team at all. Thirdly, it is not hard to believe people film over here cuz NZ has such beautiful nature.

Actually, my brother-in-law visited there and I think my wife knew one...but maybe it was just a nickname...And I knew Lord of the Rings was filmed there...And I like starting there when playing Risk

Get up, move around, and then try again. My sister found that she had too much on her mind when she was trying to fall asleep so now she listens to soft music to stop thinking about things.

LOL it's ok. I mean I do feel tired after sex but now I am on a celibacy plan which I already broke it last night, sigh, I can't have sex every night, you know.
