I DESERVE MY OWN THREAD ^___^
Anyways, I dont have a TV so when I am doing homework, I watch online tv shows on fox.com/nbc.com
Heroes - Much better than season 2 so far. If youre new to the show, youll miss a lot of the assumed plot if you havent seen the first 1/2 seasons, but you can quickly identify the intended belief of a character/plotline. This show is basically about people who have special powers and a world crisis typically develops. It is heavily character driven, and there are very few side-stories. You will learn about background of characters, but Heroes is mostly driven around a central plot, which I like. There are no true "filler" epsidoes, and mostly everything pushes to the end of the plot that takes a whole season to develop/end. There are 5-6 episodes for season 3 out so far, so it not too late to start watching them. Id give this season an 8/10.
Life - I dont really know why I began to watch this show, but its entertaining. Most of the episodes have a crime, and will reveal tidbits of a larger plot that is ongoing from season one. This show definitely will reveal what happened in season one as you watch season two. Its 5-6 episdoes into the 2nd season. The characters are interesting, but its more of a light, carefree, show. Its serious and funny at the same time. Its nothing to make sure you watch on the hour every week, but its a fun show none the less. This season so far is a 7/10, its worth watching if youre bored.
Terminator - This is something Im still not sure why I watch. I do not think the acting in this show is very good, other than one of the antagonist robots (I dont know his name, but he acts the roll of a non-human robot extremely well). The plot is twsting a lot, but it doesnt have that many plot twists. It feels like there is no larger story that will be answered, and most stories that are spawned in the show only last 1-2 episodes. Its lacking in a lot of areas, but if youre bored, there are much, much worse things on tv. 5/10.
Fringe - i was bored, and heard my friend say they liked this show "Fringe". It sounded stupid, but I was bored and gave it a shot. This is definitely one of the most interesting shows i have seen in awhile. Its 6 episodes in, but the plot is just continuing to expand with new questions and new characters. All of the episodes have a small story that are usually solved per-episode, but most of the small stories just contribute to the big "puzzle". The acting in this is realitivly decent, and the plot is interesting. It is somewhat scifi-ish, but I am not even really into scifi and I am enjoying this show. Id give this one a 9/10, and it is probably my 2nd favorite show after house.
Bones - I dont really like this show. Ive only seen 2-3 episdoes, but tehre is little to no large plot. The characters are boring. The acting is boring and shallow. Not much else is to bed said. 3/10
House - Altough I think the show is becoming a bit repetitive, House is by far the most witty character/show I have ever seen. It is a medical mystery, and thats the primary function of the show. There is no larger plot or issue, but rather you focus more on character flaws/rolls whenever the show isnt focused on a case. This is my favorite show, and I give it a 9/10. You dont need to watch any of the old seasons to appreciate house. I highly suggest giving it a try
