Got my flu shot a few minutes ago. Feels kind of achy.

Every year, I take the kids and myself in. Seeing we fall within the high risk category group, we all get the shot for free, plus we we have not had the flu in the last 15 years that I can remember.. If we do get it, its much milder..

Granted it's not a perfect art o plan for each strain, they have managed to do a much better job.

In any case, since my son was born he has yet to suffer from the flu so he has no idea what it feels like..
