Students face stress, anxiety, and social pressure, yet mental health education is limited. Should it be a core subject? What topics would actually help students in daily life?

I think schools should teach mental health as a core subject. My kid's school does not have "mental health course" but they teach him yoga, meditation, music, and arts, which can boost mental health

I think schools should teach mental health as a core subject. Early education on emotions, coping strategies, and self-care equips students to manage stress, recognize issues in themselves and others, and seek help. Normalizing mental health learning builds resilience and supports long-term wellbeing.
