Modern healthcare often treats disease rather than preventing it. Could a nutrition-first mindset reduce reliance on medication and improve both physical and mental health outcomes?

We are what we eat. Most diseases we get are the results of our eating behavior. This has been proved by numerous studies. I think nutrition should be used as preventive medicine.

It’s possible. A nutrition-first approach could prevent many chronic diseases that modern healthcare often manages with medication. Diets rich in whole foods, fiber, and micronutrients can support both body and mind, reducing inflammation and improving energy, mood, and immunity. The challenge lies in shifting habits and healthcare systems that prioritize quick fixes over long-term prevention.
