Should I or shouldn't I?

It's going on 4pm and I missed lunch. I'm thinking about having and early dinner of a swiss cheeseburger on the Foreman Grill. So should i or shouldn't I eat an early dinner?

The earlier you eat your last major meal in the day the better it is and then you can have cookies at a decent hour rather than trying to cram them in before bedtime.

I hate speed snacking.

I remember when I used to go to bed at 6am and wake up at 4:30pm just intime for dinner.
