More games now offer customizable difficulty, subtitles, and control options. Should accessibility be standard across all major titles, or does it limit the developer’s creative vision?
One of the most difficult games I have played is Elden Ring. Should the developers have made the game little easier? Well, I don't think so. Some people like challenges. If you find something difficult, there are easier options and you are free to play what ever you want.
Accessibility should absolutely be standard. Making games playable for everyone doesn’t limit creativity, it challenges developers to think more inclusively. A great design can stay true to its artistic vision while still giving players of all abilities the chance to experience and enjoy it fully.
