AI can screen resumes and reduce human bias, but it may also reinforce hidden biases in data. Should companies trust AI for hiring, or keep humans in control? How transparent should these systems be?

I think humans are more bias than AI. I believe AI can take better decision when it comes to hiring as it wouldn't judge people based on cast, creed, and looks

I think AI can assist in hiring, but it shouldn’t make decisions alone. It helps screen resumes or flag patterns, but human judgment is essential to assess fit, context, and nuance. Without oversight, AI can replicate biases and overlook qualities that matter most.
