As AI makes autonomous decisions, from driverless cars to medical diagnostics, should society assign it accountability for harm, or does responsibility remain with humans? How do we regulate ethics in an increasingly automated world?

AI should certainly have moral and legal responsibility. But the question is who should be booked by law, the company who produced these AI tools, the developer, the seller, who else?

AI itself shouldn’t have moral or legal responsibility because it lacks consciousness and intent. Responsibility should fall on the developers, companies, and users who design, deploy, and control it. Ethical guidelines and clear accountability systems are needed to ensure AI is used safely and fairly.
