We took TD's girls to see this, and we all really enjoyed it. It was funny, interesting and Robert Downey Jr. did an excellent job, as always. Definitely worth watching. :thumbup

Yep. Jude Law was pretty damn fine in it too. Very different to the old Sherlock Holmes TV shows I used to watch, though I don't know if the character in the books is a little more like this film version. Very obvious from it that, as Hugh Laurie has alluded to, House's character is very much based on Holmes.

Yeah watched this myself the other day. Definately worth a watch.

I refused to watch it. It looks like they've turned Holmes into someone completely different than the original and that makes me sad. And I was so excited when I first heard about it.
