I dunno how many Jewish people there are on these boards, but since it's Rosh Hashana, I just figured that I would wish everyone good yom tov!

I know I didn't. Bad me, eh?

I have until the 13th to do it, so I'll probably go on Tuesday after you get all the Thanksgiving stuff done with your sister and whatnot.

I know you won't participate in it, but you can come watch if you want. I know it fascinates you. Haha

It's the Jewish celebration of Rosh Hashana, for the new year. It comes before Yom Kippur, and in between the two are the days of repentence.

Shana tova is just a way to say "good year".

You have no idea. Hahahaha

Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur are serious holidays, though. All about repenting and reflecting and being introspective.
