Same here. Watched it till the end of Season 2 I think. Couldn't stay in to it. Then the Irish thugs joined and I waved bye bye!

Yeah I think I stopped watching it around the time some Irish people were in it.

Well the've killed off a member of the Irish family in each of the last couple of series so they might eventually kill them all off. Got to admit that I prefered it when it was mainly about the Gallaghers but its still a great program.

I have to say, I didn't really like it. The finale of season 6 was worse though, so cringe making...

My mate has seasons 1 -3 on dvd and I think they have a lot more craft and charm to them.
