So I got my digital recorder a few weeks ago,. I'd sent them and email about confirmation. I received an email back and i sent an email back telling them id already gotten it. I got a reply back 2 weeks later... from that reply... Seriously, I know it's Christmas but what the #%&@...

Seems to me that in your opening post you are bitching about them following up on your order to make sure that you got it. That is good customer service imo. Tiger Direct is a huge company and for them to follow up even if it's after you received the goods that's great that they want to make sure that you got the package. You're opening post is much different than this...

Yeah I'm pretty sure. They wrote you to confirm you got the package and you wrote them back and they wrote you again. So what's the big deal? It's not like they are spamming you to buy their products. Someone apparently wanted to do a double check. It's better to be safe than sorry especially around the holidays. You would rather them not have written you to confirm even if it was done more than once? What if the package had gotten lost? Then you would be bitching that you couldn't get ahold of them like you were in the computer thread.
