No study is really a waste of time. The human psyche is incredibly complex and in order to fully understand it one has to test the correlations of one's mind with an outside influence. In this case the influence being perceived beauty. Psychopath is being used fairly loosely in this post but it is very important to identify psychological ticks because there can be extremes due to narcissistic behavior that is a psychological disorder. I believe in scientific studies and do not think that ones that use volunteers and have conclusive results are a waste in any means

I find this very interesting, but it definitely makes sense. However I do agree with Wyndex in saying that they seem to be using the term psychopathy very loosely.

Don't think anyone will admit being attractive to a killer.
On the other hand there are instances were individuals got to the prisons to marry.
