Ok, so after I cried my eyes out ot Oprah-- the news finally gave me some peace!
One of the students (Frankie Caltibilota) killed in the Seton Hall Fire in 2000 graduated from my high school so this is something that has gone on in my community since the fire. After all that though, the 2 students only received 5 years in juvenile detention and will be eligible in 16 months!!! WTF??? They set a fire that killed 3 young students and injured over 50 more!
So not fair... SOOOOO not fair.
Frankie's little brother, Thomas was on the news clip reading a statement and I cried. Feel so bad for him, his 2 sisters and Frankie's high school girlfriend. I see her out and about (I think she moved away) and she still looks so lost..
