Did you send him vector art that was 300 dpi, that's what you need for t-shirts.

Yes... Well... I sent him what he requested... It is at 300 dpi. For some reason he wanted PNG which is a bit odd.

When I get my company shirts done I always hand over a PNG file to my shirt maker.. When you print a Logo on Blue do you want it clear or with a White Background..

PNG makes it Transparent.. Only makes sense.. Just my opinion....

This. All I've ever sent is vector art at 300 dpi. I handle all the t-shirt printing stuff for work.

aaaaaaand I ended up sending him the EPS vectors.... He told me the dude doing it said they weren't big enough. I have to wonder how experienced this guy is. I have a guy I know from Tennessee who does screen printing for a living all throughout the nation.
