Serial killer suspect identified as recent prison parolee - CNN.com
Prison didn't "rehabilitate" this guy.

Some of you guys are so intense, it's not even funny. Is that the solution to all of our criminals? Just kill them and be over with it? My friend J.R. was labeled as a sex offender for such a bullshit reason. His friends locked him and some teenage girl in a shed as a joke. No sex, no touching, they just locked them in there. Bam, girl cries rape, he's in jail as a sex offender, now has that tag the rest of his life. Maybe we should give him the death penalty too?
He should be 'deterred' from further criminal behavior...by death.
Be it death or life behind bars, his absence from society is going to save lives.
Nice straw man. That's not what these people are saying at all. One made a comment that prison didn't rehabilitate him. And another one said the guy shouldn't be let out now. Nowhere did anyone say death is the punishment for all crimes.

You're right, nobody said anything about the death
You're new, so I wouldn't expect you to understand the comment. You haven't been around for the other thread in which this subject was brought up.
:clap
If you reread the above comments both posters said that he now deserves the death penalty AFTER being arrested as a suspected serial killer.
HisHoliness,
Get used to people telling you that you're new and you're opinion doesn't mean shit around here.
Agree'd.Be it death or life behind bars, his absence from society is going to save lives.

Thats because there is nothing close to the kind of rehabilitation system that would work in our prison systems right now.Serial killer suspect identified as recent prison parolee - CNN.com

Seems like almost everyone who participated in this thread has an axe to grind. You're right, Sniper, I don't fit in.
and the loved one of the murdered should have a say as to life or death of the killer, well thats how i feel about it.Oh stop the bullshit, I never said that. All I said was I'm sick of seeing people say that they think pretty much every serial killer and child molester should be put to death. Killing them may protect the rest of us, but it's not going to bring our loved ones back. Nor will it make their crimes any less intense.
Actully it's because they say they try to rehabilitate, but def they don't.Thats because there is nothing close to the kind of rehabilitation system that would work in our prison systems right now.
Def it's not the same thing wishing that someone dies and saying it as killing someone or contributing to someone's death. You may agree though that there's no need to comparing it. Both of them are bad, in different degrees, but bad.Nah, voicing an opinion however extreme it may be is not nearly as bad as someone maliciously taking someone elses life.
