Alright, folks, w/ the weight loss competition going on we should have a lot more people joining in this month. Get off your butt and get moving!!! You can make your goal anything you want, whether it's a certain amount of minutes, doing a particular exercise so many times during the month, or just to get your butt moving 3 times a week. Any fitness level is welcome!!!

Please note that you will not be able to edit your own posts after a certain amount of time. Just post your NEW workouts in another post and I'll merge them for you. Please do not quote your original post or repost exercises already listed as it just makes more work for me. Thanks!!!

My goal for this month is 1500 minutes and 2500 crunches.

Goal: 1500 minutes + 2500 crunches
Total so far: 1550 minutes + 1950 crunches

1 - 90 minutes walking + 30 minutes dancing

2 - 150 crunches + 50 reverse crunches
3 - 200 crunches + 60 minutes at the gym
4 - 60 minutes at the gym
5 -
150 crunches + 50 reverse crunches
6 -
Rest Day.
7 -
50 minute walk home
8 -
150 crunches + 60 minutes at the gym

9 -
60 minutes at the gym
10 -
150 crunches + 50 reverse crunches + 60 minutes at the gym

50 minutes DanceFit Class+ 50 crunches (just guessing, it was core during DanceFit) + 60 minutes at the gym

150 crunches + 50 reverse crunches
13 - 60 minutes at the gym

Rest Day.

Rest Day.

16 -
70 minutes walking the Riverwalk + 60 minutes cleaning out my closet

100 crunches + 60 minutes at the gym

100 crunches + 60 minutes at the gym

65 minutes walking the Riverwalk + 50 minutes pushing around 100+ pounds of groceries

Sept 1 = 20 minutes elipitical, 20 minutes bike, 96 crunches (30 minutes of a sex romp lol) = 40 minutes / 96 crunches
Sept 2 = 20 minutes elipitical, 20 minutes eliptical, 96 crunches = 40 minutes / 96 crunches
Sept 3 = 90 minutes grouting... :( = 90 minutes
Sept 4 = nothing - lazy!
Sept 5 = 30 minutes walking = 30 minutes
Sept 6 = nothing :(
Sept 7 = 30 minutes walking = 30 minutes
Sept 8 = 150 minutes DEEP SCRUBBING cleaning = 150 minutes
Sept 9 = nothing = lazy
Sept 10 = nothing = lazy
Sept 11 = 42 minutes elipitical - 18 minutes bike = 60 minutes
Sept 12 = 42 minutes eliptical - 18 minutes bike = 60 minutes
Sept 13 = 30 minutes cleaning - 30 minutes
Sept 14 = 120 minutes HEAVY cleaning = 120 minutes

Sept 24 = lazy ass
Sept 25 = 42 minutes eliptical + 18 minutes bike + 45 crunches = 60 minutes +45 crunches
Sept 26 = 42 minutes eliptical + 18 minutes bike + 45 crunches = 60 minutes +45 crunches
Sept 27 = lazy ass
Sept 28 = lazy ass
Sept 29 = 40 minutes eliptical + 20 minutes bike + 45 crunches = 60 minutes +45 crunches
Sept 30 = 41 minutes eliptical + 25 minutes bike + 45 crunches = 66 minutes +45 crunches

Total Time : 1276 minutes / 372 crunches

2- 20 minute run....then it rained :( 50 crunches
3- 55 minute bootcamp
4-45 minute bootcamp 50 crunches
