Last month I set my goal at 1400 minutes and finished with 1945 minutes. So this month I'm bumping it up to 1800 minutes.
My normal routine is 30 minutes treadmill in the afternoon before work and 60 - 90 minutes elliptical/treadmill/stationary bike after work.
Goal: 1800 minutes
Total: 2000 minutes
