I took these portraits of my boss's sister... what do you guys think?





her mouth maybe shouldn't have been open in every single one, but she wouldn't keep it closed

Eyes needs to be widen, the expression needs to be natural

that is her natural expression - she kind of has a stink face...i would prefer criticism of my photography because I couldn't control this girl

I haven't gotten that down yet which is why I have no desire to do professional portraits EVER.

EDIT: Sorry - what I mean to say is I agree. and I couldn't figure out a way to get her to be more natural

I like the second one the best. She's a very pretty girl but in the first and third pics her smile looks forced.

LOL! Yeah, not the best pic of her...but I liked the composition of that one. As a photograph I thought it was well put together.

nice done.. all the pictures are great and have to agree the mouth ruin a little the pictures but i can understand her ..i end up the same that's why i never smile then i look angry and sad in all my pictures

you need to trick her into smiling about something you say or do.

I am really not trying to make excuses - I thought she was ridiculous/hilarious to do pictures of. I kept telling her - relax your face, close your mouth :24:

ok...in my humble opinion,theres nothing wrong with them at all......except the lighting,the first needs lightening a touch and the other 2 darkening a touch

I know nothing about shooting people but what I do know is I wooda done her in a heartbeat if the opportunity presented itself when I was younger. What do I mean " if " ?
