Scholarship

was thinking about setting up a scholarship in my parents name at my high school, does anyone know how to go about this? I contacted the principal in hopes he could help me, but if I get some information before hand that would be a great help.

You will most likely have to have a charter and get an IRS number. Unless you don't take any contributions to it.
