Scarface Update In Development

The studio is developing a new Scarface movie to be produced by ousted former studio head Marc Shmuger and Martin Bregman, the veteran producer who made the 1983 remake.

The project is in the early stages but it being described as not a sequel or outright remake of the 1983 Al Pacino-starring movie nor the 1932 Paul Muni-George Raft movie.

I'm find it laughable at all of the remakes/prequels/sequels that Hollywood keeps churning out, it is redic.

Tell me about it, was reading Total Film the other day and they're remaking all the classics, which is just going to dent the legacy that film was left the movie world! I can appreciate there running out of movie ideas, but cmon guys? Dont ruin a classic
