It was sadly confirmed weeks ago that writers and director of the first SAW movie Leigh Whannell and James Wan, and director of SAW II and SAW III dropped out. Leigh said he'll probably oversee SAW IV, but he won't really be directly involved in it. I think SAW IV should be pretty good. Considering Mark Burg's message.

I would hate to have a Halloween without SAW. All of those other pansy-ass PG-13 movies calling themselves "true horror movies" and supposedly are "scary" can't even put a dent in SAW. SAW is a great Halloween movie and without SAW, Halloween would suck. But that doesn't mean I want them to make a SAW movie for every Halloween for the next 4378947218094 years.

Well Mark Burg was involved in SAW, SAW II, and SAW III. Although Leigh and James did create the franchise, and Darren helped to perfect it, at least Mark was involved in them all too. He can make sure-and said he would make sure-the new people don't fuck it up for us.

Well it's really good luck and shows great dedication when the makers of the movie actually make the movie to the fans requests. They know what we wanted for SAW III, so Darren and Leigh and James DIDN'T show Dr. Gordon, pure genius

Man, we're coming up with the ideas and storylines for these movies, PAY US!! One of the traps from a forum for SAW was used in SAW III, the Twisting Crucifix- The Rack.

damn..well you'd be surprised how many gimmicks are used to get free ideas from fans..liek cd cover contests and htsoe video clip contests for popular tv shows/commercials.. its saves the companies huge amounts of money

Nothing was offered. We just get bored over at the SAW forums and create our own traps. Well, one day, I guess somebody made a trap and they decided to use it in SAW III, luck bast'd.

I'm buying a BANNED SAW II shirt off of Ebay. It has the SAW II logo on the front where you can actually see the fingers severed. The MPAA banned it for being too graphic.

MPAA, you can shove it up your ass, and take a big look at my new SAW II shirt!
