Only 73 Days, 9 Hours, 14 Minutes, and 20 Seconds until SAW III hits theaters.

Some pictures from the movie can be found at Bloody-Disgusting, or on my Myspace, if you have the link. Although I think it's a bit disappointing that they will have a nude scene with the girl in the meat locker, it's not going to stop me from seeing it. I respect the fact that they only use the nudity for a deathtrap scene, and that they can get so many fans without the use of nudity. If you want to see it, the SAW III teaser trailer is now playing during the previews of The Descent, so go see that bitch.

Almost time for my favorite movie franchise to release it's next movie :D

EDIT:

Synopsis:

Jigsaw has disappeared. With his new apprentice Amanda (Shawnee Smith), the puppet-master behind the cruel, intricate games that have terrified a community and baffled police has once again eluded capture and vanished. While city detectives scramble to locate him, Doctor Lynn Denlon (Bahar Soomekh) is unaware that she is about to become the latest pawn on his vicious chessboard. One night, after finishing a shift at her hospital, Lynn is kidnapped and taken to an abandoned warehouse where she meets Jigsaw (Tobin Bell), bedridden and on the verge of death. She is told that she must keep the madman alive for as long as it takes Jeff (Angus Macfayden), another of his victims, to complete a game of his own. Racing against the ticking clock of Jigsaw’s own heartbeat, Lynn and Jeff struggle to make it through each of their vicious tests, unaware that he has a much bigger plan for both of them…

OFFICIAL LGF Released movie trailer. If you live in a big city, (Ex. Orlando, FL), it'll say at the end, "Hello, Orlando" but since this is official, it says, "Hello, America". Courtesy of Yahoo! Movies. If you see any poor quality fuzzy and jumpy or skipping SAW III trailers, they are bootlegs most likely, since as of now, this is the ONLY official and released trailer.

I'm willing to bet there will be some debate over that bible quote in a horror movie.

I'm gonna post some of this next info in white, that way, nobody gets the movie spoiled. Just highlight this next paragraph if you want to know the info-

Plot

She is told that she must keep the madman alive for as long as it takes Jeff (Angus Macfadyen), another of his victims, to complete a game of his own. Racing against the ticking clock of Jigsaw's own heartbeat, Lynn and Jeff struggle to make it through each of their vicious tests, unaware that he has a much bigger plan for both of them...

Games

The chain trap.Twisting Crucifix --- So far the first trap revealed was a sort of crucifix that when strapped to it, has gears that twists your head, arms, and legs around a full 360.
Ice Shower --- During the teaser trailer that was given before The Descent, one of the traps revealed was a person suspended in what seemed to be an ice chamber. Spinning around her was a pipe-like structure that sprayed water on her nude body. This is similar to an act of torture given by the infamous Elizabeth Báthory.
Body Chains --- During the Lionsgate film panel at the 2006 San Diego Comic-Con, a first exclusive unedited clip of the film was previewed. It featured a man, Troy, who finds himself in an empty, forgotten classroom and then is soon greeted by Jigsaw's puppet on a television screen (much in the same style as Saw II). Jigsaw's puppet reveals that the man had been in and out of prisons for quite a time and if he wishes to live he must break free of the chains that bind him there before the timer stops, detonating a bomb in the room. The problem is, his shackles are not only bound around his wrists, but through them and other parts of his body, including ones through his jaw, legs, lip, back and chest. As the timer starts, he painfully pulls the chain rings through his skin, but the seconds tick away and the timer nears the end. Similar to the opening scene in Saw II and the head trap scene featuring Amanda (Shawnee Smith) in Saw, the camera spins around the subject and the time speeds up as they struggle. Right as the timer's last second goes by, the time slows back to normal as the man looks to the timer and the Saw 3 Logo comes to the screen.
There is a glimpse of a man in a cage-like structure who's being drowned in a thick grey liquid. Additionally, the beginning of the teaser trailer shows what looks to be Kerry in a trap of her own. However, only two chains that seem to be connected somewhere on around her body are visible aswell as two jars of greenish liquid. Also in an interview at the Comic Con, Leigh Whannell revealed that one of the traps had to do with the loss of limbs - probably the metal crucifix.

Characters

Tobin Bell as Jigsaw/John Kramer
Angus Macfadyen as Jeff Reinhart
Dina Meyer as Kerry
Kim Roberts as Deborah
Shawnee Smith as Amanda Young
Bahar Soomekh as Dr. Lynn Denlon
Debra McCabe as Danica
J. Larose as Troy
Hussein Berro as Peter
Master P

Two of the confirmed victims in Saw III characters are named Lynn and Jeff. Lynn is a mother in her 30's, who is kidnapped by Jigsaw due to the "dark secrets" she has been keeping from loved ones. Jeff is a father who is still grieving over the loss of his son. Although his son's death was an accident, Jeff has never been able to forgive himself. Some of Jigsaw's other victims had something to do with Jeff's son's death, and Jeff will have a choice.. Help them or watch them die a slow and painful death.

Trivia
Donnie Wahlberg will not be reprising his role as Detective Matthews because of creative differences.
The film's latest tagline (Let Evil inside never allowed destruction) contains the letters l-e-i-n-a-d in that order, starting each word. Spelled backwards, those letters spell Daniel, which is the name of Detective Matthews son in Saw 2. This may or may not be a clue for events to come in the third film.

-End of paragraph.

I saw the trailer for Saw III when I went to see the Descent (which is like the best movie I've seen since "The dawn of the dead") and it just looks like a gross-out movie. not really a fan.

So you went to see The Descent, a movie from the same company(LGF) as SAW III, and didn't think The Descent was disgusting, but think that SAW III is disgusting? Right....
