I remember to have seen very good movies that made me cry, but none that I can cite.

I stopped watching drama long years ago to avoid get depressed, and my mind has forgotten the titles of such films.

It is very sad. But it's an excellent movie with a sweet story and based on a true story. As a dog lover, I think you will like it even if it makes you cry.

The Help is about the saddest movie I've watched. It's about a group of African American maids and an author who is working on telling about the horrible oppression the maids go through.

Also, if it counts, I think Harry Potter is sad especially when Hedwig dies.
