If he sues her, he's not going to win. She said nothing that is equal to liable or slander. You can't sue because your feelings are hurt. He, on the other hand, has now openly attacked her in ways that are personally damaging and hurtful.

Rosie made very good points, actually, and I'm quite inclined to agree with a lot of what she said. She's also on a talk show (The View) and that's what she's paid to do: talk.

Trump's response is just absolutely disgusting. I've lost all respect for Donald Trump.

If you go on Rosie's website, she has an article from Wikipedia that details the times that Trump went bankrupt (http://wwww.rosie.com/blog/2006/12/20/wikipedia/). She backs up her statements. Even if the Wikipedia article is wrong, it shows that she was acting in good faith that she had proper information, and therefore cannot be sued for slander. What does Trump do? He resorts to name-calling. It's just disgusting that he would respond this way.
