Wrong, he's just announced he is battling cancer. I wish him all the best in his fight and personally think he is the best heavyweight of all time, dare I say better than Ali, he did his talking in the ring and the one time Ali stood toe to toe with him, got his arse kicked.

That is from yesterday, Lou Dibella, a famous boxing promoter announced 30 minutes ago that Joe has passed. I'm hoping he's mistaken.

We live in hope and Joe is a fighter. To quote the words of Alex Higgins who beat cancer against all odds but sadly died later "Cancer dosen't stand a chance against me, it dosen't hold a snooker cue!" :thumbup
