This is how we made them at East of Chicago pizza company, which after trying it once I fell in love with it. You'll have to cook them to your discretion for taste and doneness.

Basically all you need is a sub sandwich bun with sliced salami, pepperoni and mozzerella cheese. I personally enjoy a little extra salami over pepperoni on these subs. Because it was in a restaurant, on a 6" sub we'd use 2 slices of each meat, but you can add as much as you want since you're making it.

Bake/microwave that for 5-10 minutes (we used the pizza oven which took about 7 minutes).

After you bake it, add some fresh, uncooked chopped white onions, lettuce, tomatoes (if you like them I don't so I skip this step), and any type of italian salad dressing.

Enjoy. It's really simple, isn't it? :)

This sub is best enjoyed with some lays baked potato chips and a soda of your choosing.

I ate the shit out of this when I worked there.
