Lets say reincarnation is real and you could choose anything you wanted to be when you come back......what would you choose?

I wouldnt wanna come back, not here anyway.

I would rather be an alien on another planet, or just stay "up there" and NOT have to do this all over again

:homo:

I'd like another shot, to learn from mistakes and what not.

If I know anything... (which I do not)

But I am not sure on this one, but is not reincarnation the process of learning that which you did not learn in the previous life, such that you may finally enter the promise paradise?

Or something like that.

I got this from Wikipedia:

Reincarnation, literally "to be made flesh again", is a doctrine or metaphysical belief that some essential part of a living being (in some variations only human beings) survives death to be reborn in a new body. This essential part is often referred to as the spirit or soul, the "higher" or "true" self, "divine spark", or "I". According to such beliefs, a new personality is developed during each life in the physical world, but some part of the self remains constant throughout the successive lives.

It varies from religion to religion- some believe there's a part that keeps going and some believe there's no connection between lives. :dunno: I've just always heard stories about people remembering "past lives".

I did a quick read and found some interesting things on Reincarnation....

Here's just one link that confused me more.... but made me rethink the horse thing. I'll most likely reincarnate into another human...... if one believes in reincarnation.

Before you reincarnate into another human you got to pay your retribution as an animal and then come back and become a human.

I read that if you haven't led a good life, you have to come back as an animal in between. As you get better and better with each life, you get to stay human.

I believe there is some animal involvement in the whole process. I think I may have done the lion thing once. Now I sound crazy!
