Refusing to acknowledge work done by a person who is slandered

In some countries the government agencies refuse to acknowledge the work done, money invested by a citizen, if the powerful greedy government employees who hate the citizen, slander the citizen, making completely fake allegations without any proof at all. Additionally the government agencies are also rewarding those who slander investors with government jobs blindly believing all their lies. Is slandering investors, hardworking citizens very lucrative in your country with government rewarding those who slander with government jobs?
